Lotus Academy fees are designed to support a learning experience that considers each young person. Explore the structure, understand the value behind each stage and ask us about your family's circumstances.

What the fee is designed to support

A Lotus Academy fee covers more than scheduled lessons. It supports an intentionally small learning environment, personal academic guidance, SEN support with individual learning plans, pastoral and wellbeing care, academic mentoring and progress tracking, and university and career guidance. Families can join in one of two ways: online, or online with campus access. The value lies in seeing each young person as an individual and helping them move towards a clearer direction.

Fees for 2027

Fees cover 30 tutoring weeks. The academic session begins in January 2027. Choose the online programme, or the same programme with campus access added.

A registration fee of 350 € is payable for each new student when a place is accepted. It is ordinarily non-refundable.

All prices include IVA and any applicable taxes.

Fees are charged in euros. Families paying from another currency should allow for their bank’s exchange rate and any transfer charges.

What else to know

Registration

The 350 € registration fee covers admissions administration, onboarding, initial assessment, timetable preparation and account setup.

Payment plans

Pay the full academic year in advance, or termly across four three-month terms. Termly fees are due before the term begins.

Exams

External examination entry fees, examination centre charges and invigilation fees are not included in tuition.

Annual review

Fees are reviewed for future years with reasonable notice. A change never alters a term you have already paid for.

Scholarships and bursaries

A limited number of scholarships and bursaries are available each year, and each one is considered case by case. If cost is a concern for your family, say so when you enquire. Asking will not count against your application.

Tuition covers scheduled live online lessons, lesson preparation, homework and marking, digital learning resources, progress monitoring, term reporting and academic meetings. External examination fees and specialist materials are charged separately.
